    Thank you for buying our courses. We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses, whether it is an Online Course or Program.


    As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy an upskilling course on NGU Education Pvt Ltd. (Coding Shuttle), you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy.


    Price Range

    At NGU EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED, we have customized pricing according to the services rendered by us. The details are provided to you beforehand according to the effort, efficiency and the output of the service. Typically, the range of transactions on our website varies from INR 2,000/- to 50,000/-.


    Schedule of payment

    Some of our services can be utilized for fixed durations. In such cases, it is clearly mentioned within the description of these services. The period of usage in these cases vary from 15 days to 2 years.

    Pricing Errors

    We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If a course's price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation.


    Shopping Cart

    Items in your Shopping Cart reflect the current price displayed on the item's product details page. Please note: This price may differ from the price displayed when the item was first placed in your Shopping Cart.

    Our service is offered for sale by NGU EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED for your personal reference and not for resale. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person whom we believe may be purchasing for resale.


    Refunds Policy

    Refunds: For Online Courses

    Students can cancel their purchase. There will be a 10% refund charge and you will get 90% of your total paid amount back into your account in case of refund, only if the request is raised within 7 days of the batch start date. Post 7 days of batch start, the fee is not refundable under any circumstances. Any refund requests raised before the batch start date will not be considered.

    Cohort-based courses are refundable under the above terms, while courses tagged as "SELF-PACED" are NOT refundable.

    To claim the 7-day refund, kindly follow the below procedure:

    • Drop an email to contact@codingshuttle.com with the subject line: "Online course refund | Registered email id". Please include your registered email id in the subject.
    • Provide a reason for the refund (for our internal records only).
    • Ensure the email is received within 7 days of the batch start date.
    • Refunds will be processed within 25 working days of the request being approved. Our support team is available at contact@codingshuttle.com if you need assistance.

    Refunds: Referral Plus Add-on

    The Referral Plus add-on follows the same refund terms as cohort-based courses. If a refund request is raised within 7 days of the batch start date, 90% of the Referral Plus fee will be refunded and a 10% processing charge will be deducted. After 7 days of the batch start date, the Referral Plus fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

    Please note the following conditions specific to the Referral Plus add-on:

    • The Referral Plus add-on is available to working professionals only. Purchases made by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria do not qualify for any special consideration outside the standard 7-day window.
    • Failure to meet eligibility conditions for referrals after the 7-day window does not entitle the student to a refund.
    • A "referral" under this program constitutes a warm introduction to a hiring contact. It does not constitute a guarantee of an interview, shortlisting, or employment offer. Coding Shuttle is not liable for company hiring decisions or timelines following a referral.

    Refunds: Duplicate Payment

    Refund of a duplicate payment made by the student will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 25 working days of intimation by the customer.

    Note: All refunds will be processed within 25 working days after the refund request is approved by NGU Education Pvt Ltd.
